Go to My Stays, select the booking, and click "Cancel Booking".

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
For Hosts

You'll be notified immediately when a guest cancels.

Cancelled dates automatically open for new bookings.
Important Notes
- • Service fees are refunded only for cancellations made according to the policy
- • Refund amounts are calculated based on the check-in time, not booking time
- • Special circumstances (emergencies, natural disasters) may qualify for exceptions
- • Add-on services have their own cancellation terms
